Another
fun-filled music festival awaits at the Alexandra Park and Palace on the 21st
of July, Saturday at midnight. The Kaleidoscope
Festival gives us different views on music and arts. The variety of things
you can do is so wide! There will be DJ parties, theatrics, poetry, band
performances, and family activities. With the diversity of fun you can do, you
can say these are festivals within a festival. Headliners will be performing
against the panoramic view of the capital. Main stage moments include exciting
live performances from The Flaming Lips, Ghostpoet, Mystery Jets, The Go! Team,
Beth Orton, and many more. Powerful twists in rhythm and melodies will be
performed, showcasing good music in a way you might have never heard before.
Many
special guests are to be expected, and one of them is London's famous poet from
the punk rock era, Dr. John Cooper
Clarke. Moreover, watch out for Katherine Ryan, Mark Watson, Andrew
Maxwell, and other poets. The best of London's food and drinks from vegan
corners to tasty cocktails and craft beers will be joining the feast as well.
Throughout the day, theater casts and circus performers will be showcasing their
unique and striking talents. You could also escape to the rarely opened
Victorian basements hidden deep under the palace, where RIFT Theater presents a different world through A Night at the
Circus.
Such
a glamorous and fascinating festival deserves a location like no other, and the
Ally Pally is no doubt the ultimate
choice. For this unique new festival, the park and palace come together for the
first time in 30 years. The whole place will be packed with festivities that
even the Victorian basements will be opened. There are 4- star hotels in
Cricklewood London to choose from, which offer a luxury base for
your trip.
Tickets
are selling for £45 and children's tickets are discounted! Kids 5 and below are
only subject to a small booking fee, and they can attend for free. However,
minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult not less than 21
years of age. The Kaleidoscope Festival is a family-friendly event; so if you
are staying in any of the budget
hotels in North London, don't let your family miss all this fun!
